softtalk II telephone shoulder rest
I am happy with the fact that the material is not hard like the receiver. good for lengthy calls hands free to relax or write would recommend for the above reasons

Ergonomic Accessory Keeps Me Mellow
I'm still getting used to my Softalk II Telephone Shoulder Rest. So far so good. I am sorry that you do not keep this item in stock at your store on Broadway near W. 81st Street in Manhattan. Fortunately I was able to order it but the delivery was delayed because of a tropical storm warning. I appreciate the sales associate who helped arrange for the product delivery.
