Damaged product
The first box never arrived because FedEx showed it damaged. The second box seen in picture below arrived from UPS damaged. The paper was put in a box 2x taller than the stacks of paper. No protection to keep the paper from being tossed all around during shipment.
We love the Navigator Platinum paper, just not how they package and deliver it.

Damaged product

Worst Delivery Ever
It would be easy to blame the condition of my paper on the delivery details. It was delivered so past the estimated delivery time that Staples cancelled the order and sent a new one. The new order of premium paper looked like it had been in transit since the Pony Express and met every possible destructive event on the road.
