ECO FRIENDLY / I would purchase again.
The knife itself is a bit smaller than the average "plastic cutlery" but the serrated area is quite efficient. ( which kind of makes up for size difference). I support alternatives to using plastic. Every little bit helps.

Eco-Products Knives
These are the nicest disposable knives our office has ever used and they're plant starch! Very sturdy and you can actually cut through food with them!
