Happy I found these. :-)
I ordered these for home because paper towels can't be found anywhere now. They don't pull up out of the center but what I received are really good towels. The perforation is perfect. Arrived on time.

will not buy again
very cheap. when you pull them doesn't stop. does not absorb, tears easily. Very hard to get the core out, the core then breaks in the middle.

Don't bother buying
These towels are okay but to try to get the cardboard center out to put them in the holder is ridiculously hard. I would rather pay more money than to spend half an hour trying to remove the cardboard center.

It doesn't serve its purpose
The paper gets tangled inside, so we end up drying our hands in our own clothes.

Terrible Quality, do not BUY!
It's literally thin paper, that isn't even water absorbed. No tears line in between. You have to pull and used your other hand to ripped it apart. Defeats the whole purpose. That's just minor. The major issue is, how can a paper towels meant for drying hand does not even take in a water. Your hand will be wet, the paper texture is like cheap smooth paper from the 40's. ...

Horrible
Very difficult to get the center cardboard started & extremely difficult to get it out in one piece. Also, paper towels are not scored. Have to literally tear off sections by hand. Don't waist your time, money and aggravation.

Ineffective
Perforations between sheets are awful - you have to grab both above and below the perf to tear them apart so they aren't sanitary any longer & users end up dispensing 3-4 sheets at a time rather than 1-2. They create a large amount of fiber dust, too.

GET THE NAME BRAND!
The center cardboard roll is next to impossible to remove. These are supposed to be center-pull, but if you cannot remove the center cardboard you have to use them like regular paper towels and not in the SofPull dispenser. Stay with the name brand towels. What happened?
This is the same product used for the last several years. But now I've been told to order something different because they make it impossible to tear out the center to pull out the starter sheet. I was told to find something that didn't take 20-30 minutes to get started.

Horrible
Crazy difficult to remove center cardboard. I recommend that you DO NOT purchase, unless you have 20 minutes to install. Hopefully you have not destroyed the roll by the time you can install. Also, texture is far too coarse.

Not as good as I hoped....
I thought this would be a more cost effective way for our staff to use paper towels. It turns out that you use more than necessary and wet hands immediately destroys the paper towel. If I alone used them it could be okay, but really not as great as I thought. Will not be buying again.
