Horrible
Very difficult to get the center cardboard started & extremely difficult to get it out in one piece. Also paper towels are not scored. Have to literally tear off sections by hand. Don't waist your time money and aggravation.

The paper towels are thick and fairly absorbent but they all pull out in clumps and all twisted up.

Ineffective
Perforations between sheets are awful - you have to grab both above and below the perf to tear them apart so they aren't sanitary any longer & users end up dispensing 3-4 sheets at a time rather than 1-2. They create a large amount of fiber dust too.

Our issue is if we try to put more than a half stack in the dispenser they tear into tiny bits when you pull them with damp hands. Poor Quality
We have purchased Coastwide Professional paper towels for years but this particular paper towel is a waste of money. The paper towels falls apart when wet and sticks to your hands. Do not buy.

Quicker than weekly service
We ordered these because our weekly service reps could not find them during the pandemic. These towels arrived quicker than the service rep could locate his own...but these rolls contain fewer sheets than his at the same price. Good quality towels at a fair price with quick shipping however I believe a subscription through a local janitorial service is still the best...

Horrible
Crazy difficult to remove center cardboard. I recommend that you DO NOT purchase unless you have 20 minutes to install. Hopefully you have not destroyed the roll by the time you can install. Also texture is far too coarse.
