I Will Never Order Gift Cards from Staples.com Ever Again
Worst experience ever with e-gift cards. I ordered and paid for the $200 GAP gift card and received $184 instead. I called customer service and wanted a full refund since this was NOT what I paid for. The rep didn't want to "deal with the hassle" and gave me another e-gift card making up the difference. Email delivery a bit slower than I expected
It took a full 24 hours for the email to come. So if you plan to use it soon, you have to buy a bit more ahead. Other than that, it was fine.

Great way to save on a gift certificate but it does not send instantly- you may need to do the day before if it's a gift.
