This had a layer of dust on it - gross
I had to clean this with water and soap, it was a mess, it has so much dust, like a layer of dirt, eventually after cleaning it and trying to dry it, it ripped off lol the whole thing was a mess, seriously why would you mail someone something that they have to go through such a hassle in order to use, ridiculous

Great product
Product works very well and is an office favorite for project reports. Every once in a while we receive a damaged binder.
