Hard to find
I bought these for my dad. He's Harold. I'm his daughter. I was unable to separate a billing and shipping address, so I put my dad's name.
He uses these binders to keep his memoirs in. He can't find the 4" binders, at the store, so I figured I'd look for them online.

The rings don't close properly. What I mean by that is that they don't meet exactly at the contact point unless you push one of the rings a little which causes punched hole pages to get snagged and not to turn properly. I won't get this notebook brand again.

Good Deal but..
The binders are great if you do not fill them. Once you have about 1 inch of space left, the rings become very unsecured if you continue to add pages.
