Clever idea
The ergonomics between the handles and the length of the blades feel off. The blades don't seem to cut as well as you'd expect.

Neat box-cutter feature
I never had to read instructions on a pair of scissors before but I couldn't figure out what the red slide button thing was. It's a neat-built-in box cutter (small) blade that comes in handy when opening packages!

Westcott E-Z Open 8" Stainless Steel Scissors
It is a great idea. The red lock/unlock was really hard to get to move. At first I didn't think we would be able to use the box cotter blade. Also be careful because it would be easy to leave the blade open it doesn't seem to retract easily

Westcott EZ-Open Scissor and Box Cutters
I haven't used it very much yet. The first time I did I found it confusing and was holding the scissors backwards for the purpose of box-cutting. Once I got the hang of it it was easy smooth and convenient.
