Disappointed
Of the 3 rings the top and bottom ring do not match when closed. the metal front and back closure is uneven and hang over each other. When flipping through the binder papers are always getting caught stuck or ripping. I returned after 2 days of using.

Heavy Duty Binders
I got what was described but it was not up to the quality of a previous version of the same product. Other heavy duty binders (also by Avery) were much easier to open and close so I am somewhat disappointed.
