Incoming fax problem

Good printer does not duplex copy through ADF
Ok printer. Does not duplex copy with the ADF. This is something I do a lot and I would have not purchased it. I figured my old brother did it why wouldn't a new more expensive model have that feature. I have to use the scanner bed and flip the page over. It's not a crazy big deal but it just adds time.

Not the right printer for our office
Returned the printer. To slow using WIFI or ethernet cable. Little heavier paper curled during print process.

Malfunction and then Replacement Printer
I received a replacement printer because the first one had a malfunction. The replacement has a constant black line running down the pages. Cleaned rollers etc., but it is still there.

Overall great product
It’s a great all in one printer. Not giving 5 stars because it is a slow printer. Takes longer than past printers to process wireless printing. When printing larger number of copies it will print 10 sheets-pause-“think”-print 10 more sheets- repeat. It makes for a slow process.

Excellent printer, easy setup
This is a really nice printer that produces clear text and sharp images. (Though, as with most laser printers it's not suitable for high quality photo printing.) The setup process was fast and easy, the menu tree is clear and logical and it sync’s flawlessly with my WiFi network and AirPrint devices. Good Printer

Printer works well, but has some "quirks"
Printer works well printing documents in black and white. Some difficulty in setting parameters for paper size, and other specific needs when printing, particularly with color photos. Still trying to learn how to set things up and use it.

This printer is a workhorse!
I have always liked Brother products and when I needed a new one I looked at Brother first, and was not disappointed. This is a quality machine that is well built with all the features you would expect. I only gave it 4 stars as it disconnected from WIFI every now and then and I need to cycle the power. I am hoping a firmware upgrade will address this.

Great features
I’ve been using this printer since 2020 and it works great for my business. Really enjoy being able to scan invoices to customers. It prints, scans and faxes without any issues. Duplex is also a added bonus

Working good however when I do encounter a problem you have to get help on a chat line. I much prefer in person contact like USA customers

Not Recommended
Very slow. Toner leaks. Image quality is abysmal. Overall, does not meet the needs of a small/medium sized business.
