careless design
Mounting hardware is essentially 2 screws (you need 4), the little "ST Pins" they include, do what exactly? Nothing. The product is designed so that you basically need 30-40 minutes and a ratchet set to get more than one lateral band of fastening into your wall. The holes that were punched out of the mounting areas would have been better if they were punched in, rather ...

careless design
