Have metal file cabinets? Get organized with these magnetic bins!!!
I use my magnetic bins for incoming and out going mail; for new student packets and to do tasks. When my manager saw them she immediately had me order her some. They come in both letter and legal size; perfect for any line of work.

VERY POOR QUALITY!
VERY POOR QUALITY! The plastic bin itself is thin and is basically 3-sided meaning there is no back to the bin just a flimsy plastic band with 2 magnets glued onto it. The band itself is attached to the bin with FLIMSY CLEAR PLASTIC SCREWS (!) that appear to be of the same plastic as the bin itself. Deflecto Magnetic File Pocket Letter Clear 7H x 13W x 4D.
The files in the pocket angle forward and you can't see the titles. I wish the files would angle back so you could easily read the titles on the folders.

Not near as sturdy as I thought it would be!
I think this will serve its purpose but is not near as sturdy as I was thinking it would be. The magnetic strips on the back are no thicker than magnetic tape

perfect for small office
incoming mail outgoing mail keep paper work organized magnets are strong hold well to metal file cabinet they keep paper work at finger tip with out messing up desk top.

Super strong magnet
We have a large 5 drawer file cabinet and these work perfect on the side. If we don't have time to file we stick the file or other papers in the appropriate one and we can file them later. They get very full and they never slide down or fall off. Yet the magnet is not so strong that they are not easily moveable when we need to.

Great Product
We use this to hold 12" x 11" heavy plastic sheets to use as "file out" place holders. Magnetic strip is strong and we have had no problems with it falling off.
