WIll Not Connect
This printer does not come with a service chord for in case the wireless features will not set up and the wireless features will not set up. So now we have to try to find a chord to connect the computer to the printer or we will just have a very expensive paper weight.

Print quality good, but wireless not great
The printing is fine, quality good, etc, but the wireless feature - it keeps going offline and I have to constantly reconnect.

Happy With My Purchase
I love the TWO ink cartridges instead of five! This printer replaced an older (and wonderful) Canon PIXMA printer, worked very similar and fell into place in my office. I am loving it and pleased with the beautiful copies it makes. I always recommend Canon printers when it comes up in conversations.

Easy Set Up
Just replaced a Canon MP250 that we had for 15+ years. Easy set up and connectivity to laptop and 2 android phones. Printed a couple of documents from each. Moved it to the den where computer desk is and still had strong wifi. Printed one more page and it sucked all paper from bottom tray. What a problem that tray is. Have to print from rear feeder.

Does not print
I bought this printer about a year ago but since day one I have had issues with it printing. Only prints when it wants to. I thought it was a WiFi issue or a computer issue but I've tried multiple devices and internet connections and it refuses to print. Would not purchase again.

TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO SAY ANYTHING IS GOOD
I rated it 1 because there was nothing lower. I am a senior citizen 80 yoa, I had an an older Pixma that broke, I loved that printer. Im not stupid just old I followed the setup on line-no cd was included, EVERY time i want to print something i have to go back and reset everything, WORST PRINTER for an untechy person

Replacing our 18 year old Canon Printer.
Have a small construction business and have been running the same Canon Pixma Printer, for 18 years. It finally stopped working. I called Canon talked with one of the sales people. She asked a few questions about our printing needs, and told me the Pixma TS6420a would be the best choice for us. So far so good.

Terrible
At first great; then it turns into a boat anchor.. Cannot sustain WiFi connectivity, constantly having to reset connection. Even that isn’t working anymore. I’ve owned this for two years.

All around poor functioning.
Very slow to print. Frequently just stops printing, when I can get it to print at all. Ink does not last long. I have difficulty printing both from an android phone and from an iPad.

Shockingly unreliable wireless connectivity
I bought this some months ago and have struggled with it ever since. It took an age to set up - I don’t think it ever did connect to my phone - and has been unreliable since. More often than not, it refuses to connect to my wireless network: on the rare occasion that it does, there are cries of “quick, do you need to print anything while it’s still online?” Even reboot...

Good features. Does not work consistently. Useless.
Using this with a MacBook Air. More to the point, trying to use this with a 2022 MacBook Air M1 Chip 8GB RAM 256GB SSD. Bought the printer for my 93 year-old mother. It gets infrequent use. Once it's set up wirelessly, I can use it once. Next time I want to use it, it's says it's offline and I have to set it up all over again. It's kinda' useless. Have spent hou...

Only prints easily from the tray
It only reliably prints standard size paper from the tray. I have tried numerous times to print an envelope from the back, or make copies from several pages, one in a blue moon it will print from using the back loader. I finally gave up trying to print from the back, and had to use my work printer. It does well for basic printing, especially for the price I paid, but...
