Compact powerful and convenient
Compact and powerful! About half the size of its predecessor (which is still charging strong after 6 years). Definitely recommend.

I like the camouflage it came in
Have to use two different plugs to charge phone,but plugs that came with it work to charge it

Make sure you have the right USB-A adapter!
I thought this item would be perfect since it had three different connections, but the big drawback is that you still need a USB-A adapter to charge the device. With the new USB-C cables and chargers it's hard to find one with USB-A now. Luckily I still have saved one from long ago. Triple check it works before using on vacation
The color is great; stands out from my husband's charger, the reason I chose it. Always liked Otterbox products to protect phones and tablets. However not happy with charger. Does not work
Purchased 6 months ago. The USB C has never recognized my devices; other connectors of cord only work intermittently. So not reliable for travel. Wish I would have returned.

Arrived unable to work
Doesn't work, cannot charge a product and doesn't absorb power. When I submit a warranty, I really don't wanna have to pay 10 dollar ship/warranty fee on a replacement product.

It’s okay
Doesn’t stay charged long. I charged the box up for a couple hours and it quit charging my phone after about 20 min

How to use this?
No instructions. Which wires charge my phone and which wire charges the otter? I have no clue and the green lights do not turn on. Should be markings on the box. Do not buy this

The main cord on the three-tiered cord is the one with which you will charge the battery with, and the remaining two are a Samsung device-compatible charging tip, or an Apple device-compatible charging tip. These are interchangeable based on which device you are needing to charge.

Little giant charging system
This is a nice product. The battery is small enough to carry in a shirt pocket and appears to have enough juice for normal travel needs. The cord is a bit stiff but the three way charging options offer so much flexibility it’s worth it.

It’s subpar
It takes a while for it to charge and it drains fairly quickly. It’s good for quick charges but not for more than one device.

Won’t charge
I have been trying to charge this device and one light comes on, but goes out in less than a minute. With a trip coming up, I now have no way to charge devices.
