Do not use with a P16
The website has this listed as compatible. Bought one with the laptop. It is nothing more than a simple port replicator requiring a separate power supply to charge the laptop. It is not a true docking station

Good dock, so-so management tools
Dock works well, haven't had very many tickets from our fleet. management tools could use some work. Create a config and password with Smart Dock Admin then put it in the Smart Dock Connect app dir. Can be finicky adding devices, and they'll appear in the dashboard when they get around to it.

Would buy again.
Performs as expected. No issues. I prefer this dock to the larger, more expensive workstation dock that regularly black screens.

Needs to be able to support USB-C monitor
Generally has everything, but no capability to add a monitor with USB-C. Can't tell the difference between the smart docking station and the regular one.

Expand the possibilities
With a single USB-C I recharge my laptop, I get wired Network, I get 3 more monitors and a bunch of extra USB connections. This thing is amazing.

Quality Dock
We are a Lenovo shop, so purchase this dock with every laptop. Never have any issues. It's great that these are discounted when purchased with a device!

Works as expected
These docks work as expected and include all the needed cables and charges to use them. If you are looking for a dock to use that just works with Lenovo laptops then you have found it. A word of caution though. If you are wanting to run 3 monitors with tis dock make sure your laptop supports 3 monitors at the resolution and refresh rate you want. This dock supports up t...

Moved from desktop to laptop fulltime with this!
This is a great docking station that connects to your laptop with a single USB-C plug. It provides ample expansion for USB ports. Helpful Tool!
Makes working from home much easier! Love being able to connect extra monitors as well as hard wired internet instead of wifi all the time!

Excellent Dock - Multiple Monitors, Wireless Mouse
Excellent dock! My mouse and keyboard are fast and responsive (not the case with a lot of other docks that I've used).
