You need to train your resellers
I like the mice. The additional sensor resolution allows for more smooth movement.
You need to work on your Options+ software though. I use the MX Anywhere 3S for Business with a MX Keys keyboard utilizing Flow, across three PCs in my office; two desktops and one laptop (all i9) and it occasionally loses its mind, refusing to flow to the leftmost computer.
