Love it
Love my Samsung Frame. I have 3 of them now and planning to buy another one. I love that it looks like a piece of art in the room. We never get any glare when watching. Great product!

Nice looking but not reliable
Looks good but remote voice stopped working and screen has black lines after 9 months.

Love it

Great TV, didn't want to buy an art subscription
I am enjoying the TV, but I didn't realize I need to purchase a subscription to use the best artwork available.

Something new!
There has been nothing new in TV's in a long time. The Frame is a game changer. It allowed us to put a TV where we never thought we could.
The Samsung feature of having the optical audio "always on" has been nice slowing for simultaneous audio devices; in our case a sound bar and hearing aids via Auracast.

Art for Arts sake?

The Frame that gets all the Attention!
This was a purchase for our guest bedroom in our exposed basement. So not only is it a TV for our guests its a live decoration Piece for our guests to enjoy when visiting. My wife loves exploring the gallery and finding new portraits or backgrounds to display. Its been quite the conversation piece.

Art display membership
Love, love, love the art work that I can display. I have the TV on a swivel mount. When I am done I push it up against the wall and always display my art.

Our tv has a glitch
We purchased two Frame TVs. The large one is fantastic. The smaller one has a great picture but has a glitch we've not been able to figure out. It goes to black for a few seconds then comes right back. We have researched and tried re-wiring to no avail. This has been a source of frustration for us.

Frame is an Elegant Solution to Ugly, Large Screen
I detest the large screen TV that dominates the room it is in. Frame has solved that problem. It takes little or no space, it does not require a special, ugly piece of TV furniture and it looks like just another picture frame. I don't even use my Frame as a TV but as a Windows 11 monitor. I would have given my Frame 5 stars but for some reason the inactivity shutoff...

Hi,
I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV is turning itself off shortly after displaying artwork. Please try the following, which may resolve this:
1. Navigate to the Art Home Screen, as Art Mode settings can only be accessed from here. If art is currently displayed on the screen, press Return on the remote to go to the Home screen or navigate to Art Mode from wherever you are on the TV.
2. Scroll all the way down to Art Mode Options, then highlight Night Mode. Press Enter on the remote to switch Night Mode from On to Off.
3. Extend the Sleep After time. This feature will turn off Art Mode after a set amount of time if no motion is detected around the TV. Sleep After is also located under Art Mode Options and can be set from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Select the Sleep After icon to select the desired time.
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

The picture is simply fantastic!

Unreliable wi-fi connection
Picture is fine, but every few days the TV looses its connection to wi-fi even though the router booster is within 2 ft. of the TV. Unplugging and plugging in fixes this, but it's a hassle.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue:
Signal & Setup Tips:
1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength.
2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router.
Power Cycle Devices:
3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully.
Connection Type:
4. Evaluate your connection method –
o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions.
o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable.
o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device.
Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools:
5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi
Last Resort:
7. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults.

Great Picture
The TV has worked great. Only issue has been the remote doesn't turn the TV on or off. We have been using the Smart Devices app on our Samsung phones.

Perfect minimalist TV

The Absolute Best!
I have never had a television in my livingroom until The Frame. It is a game changer. Outstanding picture and sound. Simple to mount. Matte finish, hIgh resolution art and customizable bezel, makes it aethestically pleasing. I loved my '55 in so much I bought another one fgor the bedroom. Highly recommend.

Best picture frame...
This is the far best TV and Picture Frame I have.. it's 2 in 1, best TV and if your done watching and turn it off boom, Picture frame... love it, and thus is my 2nd one, the 1st one is 50"...

Frame: TV or Art?
Amazing TV that's was added to the nursery. Adds an amazing accent to the room without feeling out of place and bulky. TV runs great years later and is a must have piece. Looking forward to buying something bigger for other rooms.
