Great ThinkPad Dock
Moving to all genuine Lenovo docks has saved me tons of time to focus on other issues. No complaints about any of the ThinkPad docks we use.

DISAPPOINTED
Disappointed. I constantly have to reset and update the drivers on this docking station because it fails to recognize my connections—whether it’s my USB mouse, HDMI monitors, Ethernet cable, or camera. If it’s not one connection that stops working, it’s another. This ongoing issue makes the dock unreliable and frustrating to use.

Having a bit of trouble Power button doesn't work.
Having a bit of trouble. The power button doesn't work. I'm not suer if it is a software problem or hardware. I did download the software. All other connections work fine.

Great docking station
This is exactly what I needed to connect my laptop to an external monitor. I like that there's a USB-C connection to the laptop. No issues so far, very easy to connect everything.

Hybrid to the rescue

Great Docking Station
Needed a docking station for my work laptop to connect to monitors. This docking station makes charging and connecting to monitors super easy. I do not have to connect all the cables, just the one connected to the dock.

Hub does NOT work!
The power portion of the hub does not charge the computer! It requires me to use the computer power cord to power the computer. The hub is supposed to power it.

Everything you need and hope for in a dock.
It’s fast, it functions, it does everything a docking station should do. It’s pricey, but you can tell the quality in the technology once you get everything up and running.

Good just for Thinkpads
It works pretty good so far with thinkpads. It doesn't work pretty well with IdeaPads.
It doesn't work on my iPad pro (2017).
So you have to keep that in mind before buying it.
