One Month Excellence

Broken after 2 years
I bought this bass module around 2 years ago. I've had multiple connection problems with the bass module and the soundbar. Recently the bass module stopped working. The lights don't light up anymore and it's pretty much useless now. I don't recommend this product.

Great item but does not meet my needs.
Item works great but i think for my setting I will purchase the larger Bose Bass Module 700 to meet me needs for my home theatre setup.

Everything is Not so “smart”
Got the 500 soundbar and definitely needed some bass. Paired it with this 500 subwoofer and actually sounds great with Bluetooth, not so good with the TV. Using eArc hdmi(tried optical too) and there is zero bass. Changed the settings and still can’t get the bass to sound like Bluetooth. Broken after 2 years

Amazing bass quality
Very full robust sound, this speaker has the potential to vibrate my townhome with deep bass power but with no unwanted rattle or feedback. Another amazing product from Bose

Thunderous bass!
I bought this around 6 months ago, and I just can’t believe the amount of bass coming from such a small enclosure. It can be heard throughout my entire house, and even still sounds good!

Excellent sound system for a TV
I have been a fan of Bose sound systems and soundbars for years. Very easy setup and simple connections with amazing sound output. Highly recommend to all buyers!

Perfect for me
I live in a 1100 sqft townhome. I setup my TV and the speakers in my basement 10' x 15' with adjacent open den room beside and a short hallway at the back. This woofer is LOUD and deeeep. No Brainer
My Soundtouch 300 provides great sound but lacks in bass. I plugged in the 500 and it added the perfect amount of bass for movies, music and TV in general. It was a breeze to pair with the 300. I'm pleased

Not bad at all
For me, this was an addition to the Soundbar 500 I just placed in the master bedroom. More than enough bass for this use and that pure, Bose sound. Very pleased.

Trouble connecting
I am having the same issue as some others. My bass module was connected for about a week or two. Then all of a sudden it was no longer connected and I have not been able to reconnect. This is extremely frustrating. Especially having spent the amount of money for such a product, the last thing you want is for it to not work properly.

Great for a smaller room.
Paired with the sound bar 700 in a room c. 15m2. Great and can go loud. Granted it’s not as deep as the 700 module, but, it does the trick and is a very worthwhile add on to the soundbar.

not happy
i bought this 3 months ago and im kinda frustrated with the bass 500 because it makes a popping sound occasionally and i called the costumer service they said it might be the wifi interference and the advice me to move away the wifi router wich i did but still it makes a popping sound im gonna call them again and see what they gonna say or else im gonna bring this back ...

C.O.B. tomorrow to pair or it’s going back!
Bought the 300 Soundbar & 500 Base. SB not too bad setting up although not seemless but after trying off & on all day it’s still not pairing. FRUSTRATING set up!

Great System
I bought the sound bar 500 including sub and surround sound speakers with stands and have it hooked up to a 60 inch Sony tv and it’s amazing with sound for both movies and music.
