Subwoofer , perfect add to the soundbar
If you have the bose soundbar , you need this. It adds the good amount of bass to the system, fills the room perfect and the set up was incredibly easy

Broken after 2 years
I bought this bass module around 2 years ago. I've had multiple connection problems with the bass module and the soundbar. Recently the bass module stopped working. The lights don't light up anymore and it's pretty much useless now. I don't recommend this product.

Great Bass!
This is an amazing bass and really improve the experience even if you have a 900 soundbar. I will recomend to wired the bass to avoid popping sounds, after I did that the sound was amazing.

Bass 500 unit
I bought this a few weeks ago and I love the sound that was added to the soundboard. Clear crisp bass was added.

Everything is Not so “smart”
Got the 500 soundbar and definitely needed some bass. Paired it with this 500 subwoofer and actually sounds great with Bluetooth, not so good with the TV. Using eArc hdmi(tried optical too) and there is zero bass. Changed the settings and still can’t get the bass to sound like Bluetooth. Not so “smart” and isn’t a easy plug and play setup as you need WiFi and a smart ph...

It's brilliant to hear that you enjoy using the Bass Module 500 with your soundbar, but are so far only able to enjoy it with Bluetooth sources. It sounds like you may need to modify your TV's audio settings, as it may not be sending surround sound audio. The Soundbar 500 supports Dolby Digital audio. Be sure that your TV is set to output this audio to enjoy full bass audio on the bass module. If you need help with the setup process, we're always happy to help! Amazing bass quality
Very full robust sound, this speaker has the potential to vibrate my townhome with deep bass power but with no unwanted rattle or feedback. Another amazing product from Bose

Thunderous bass!
I bought this around 6 months ago, and I just can’t believe the amount of bass coming from such a small enclosure. It can be heard throughout my entire house, and even still sounds good!

Rattling Noise
I started to hear this rattling noise randomly. Iive googled this issue and some say to do a firmware update, but, its already updated.

If you are experiencing a rattling noise, it is always a good idea to check whether something nearby the speaker could be vibrating against the speaker or other surface nearby. Bass frequencies can cause strong vibrations!

Perfect for me
I live in a 1100 sqft townhome. I setup my TV and the speakers in my basement 10' x 15' with adjacent open den room beside and a short hallway at the back. This woofer is LOUD and deeeep. No Brainer
My Soundtouch 300 provides great sound but lacks in bass. I plugged in the 500 and it added the perfect amount of bass for movies, music and TV in general. It was a breeze to pair with the 300. I'm pleased

Not bad at all
For me, this was an addition to the Soundbar 500 I just placed in the master bedroom. More than enough bass for this use and that pure, Bose sound. Very pleased.

Trouble connecting
I am having the same issue as some others. My bass module was connected for about a week or two. Then all of a sudden it was no longer connected and I have not been able to reconnect. This is extremely frustrating. Especially having spent the amount of money for such a product, the last thing you want is for it to not work properly.

I'd recommend resetting the system by removing the power for 30 seconds and reconnecting. Then, check in the Bose Music app to add the accessory to your soundbar.

Great for a smaller room.
Paired with the sound bar 700 in a room c. 15m2. Great and can go loud. Granted it’s not as deep as the 700 module, but, it does the trick and is a very worthwhile add on to the soundbar.

Experienced Worst Service ever
I am using many Bose products and I would say products are good though over priced but service is worst emailed 10times and no response, also visited service Center they simple said your product is outdated and you know how much I spent on product it is Rs 80000.

Excellent so happy
I bought 3 month ago I'm using with my 700 soundbar very deep bass smaller box very easy to connect and in mobile app we can adjust bass levels I keep less bass but very loud sound if make full also very clear bass for movies and music beautiful need keep on floor and near the wall excellent bass coming of keep less bass level also I love Bose I'm using Bose products 9...
