Does Not Work with Mac OS Monterey!
Does Not Work with Mac OS Monterey! Now I can not get any files on the drive. Had files from earlier Mac OS's now can't open! Terrible !

Hardware is aces
The hardware was great, although I didn't know I needed an OTG thing to connect it to my phone. The Sandisk app that goes with it did almost everything, except notice I had an add on memory card that needed to be included in the backup.

Doesn't stay connected....
Not a snug fit with phone in protective covering. In fact, it doesn't stay connected at all. USB - C connector needs to be longer.

The software part works well, mechanically no!
I love the software function of this device, however the mechanical slide does not lock into place. When I try to plug in either end, it slides back into the housing. I have to hold my thumb on the tab to get it plugged in properly. Very cheap design if you ask me. However, I love the app and it does an excellent job of copying and/or transferring files. For usb & usb c ports
Works well with my windows laptop & chromebook. Used it with my android phone, but I don't see what I transferred even though the transfer successful
