Horrible Product.
Bought this for a computer, and every time try to load the software disk it freezes the whole computer and the mouse disappears. Nothing I can do can get it to work and there is no downloadable drivers to get it to work at all. VERY FAULTY PRODUCT AND VERY FRUSTRATING. Do not buy if u wanna watch DVDs!
Does not play DVDs at all. Tried different DVDs and nothing. I downloaded the disc that came with it and couldn't play my DVDs!! This is a piece of crap!!!! Directions: none.
Did it work? not on a MacBook Pro despite trying all 4 ports and 3 adapters known to function.
Support online? nonexistent.

Good external DVD writer player for Laptop
Good external little writer and player for laptops with no DVD. The software won't allow me to play certain commercial DVDs. Unit feels flimsy.

It SUCKS!
It has makes CDs, then before I can finalize them, my CDs are getting mysteriously erased. I have 100 cd Reel with 46 worthless CDs that this waste of money has erased.

will not work with new iMac with M1 chip

No TV Connectivity at all- Avoid!
Bought this 2 weeks ago on the basis of TV Connectivity- it simply doesn't work.

Easy to use
