Cracked within 2 weeks
Bought this for my wife's iphone 11, which she keeps in her purse with keys. Within two weeks of putting it on, it had two large diagonal cracks across it. Total waste of money.

Not sized right
Yes good protecting the screen but was not sized right it did not fit the phone from the edges and it the right phone s21 it's off by a little from all the edges and the finger print doesn't work with screen protector on and hard to type

Bad practice
Your customer service is horrible- I have been trying to reach someone for over a month to get a replacement of a screen since I was registered from purchasing a previous screen and no one would get back to me - so I had to repurchase another - shameful customer service

Cracked almost immediately- but phone screen ok
Broke almost immediately, but my screen is fine. I'm annoyed and guess I'll have to order a replacement, nice that they offer that? But bummer it's so delicate

Much improved install but still get air bubbles
Installation tools and procedure has improved so much over recent years. Love the products, just continue to have problems avoiding and eliminating bubbles, even following instruction carefully. minor bubbles do eventually disappear.

Protected against a face-down fall onto gravel
I had a Zagg glass protector (as well as a good case) which protected the screen on my Google Pixel 7a from a couple nasty falls - including one face down onto a gravel parking lot. The protector cracked and pitted, but the phone screen didn't have a scratch! I replaced it with another Zagg screen protector, and the phone looks brand new.

Have them do it at the phone store
The directions for putting on the screen protector were not that clear. I couldn’t figure out what I was looking at in the pictures. It’s on, but not that great. Even with the sticky thing to take the dust off, it still had dust

Farm worthy
Great protection for my phone. I walk in the ag business and my phone is subject to dropping and frequent changes in temperature. Also dirt and dust particles. The screen protector allows me to see messages under adverse conditions .

Nice protective screen
We have been using ZAGG screen protectors for 2 years now and they haven't let us down yet. Sturdy and when my daughter drops her phone (quite often) the protector has always done what it is made to do!

Needs more thorough instructions.
The screen protector is very good once you get it applied to the phone. However, the written “instructions“ are vague and without enough detail. The card of instructions, with one or two words in English (followed by translations to other languages) are just not sufficient for someone who has never applied one of your screen covers.
