I purchased this for my Portable Home Speaker and I must say I am impressed with the quality of it. I was expecting it to be plastic like the Revolve cradle but it's not. The base is made out of metal that matches the color of the speaker. It has a nice weight to it also. I also liked that they got rid of the grooves on the base. Watch out. It doesn't include charging cable!!!
I bought this expecting to use this as a second charger. It doesn't come with a plug and charging cable. You will need to use the one that came with the speaker. Come on Bose...

Only works if powered by its own plug
nice bit of kit but it will only charge the speaker if the power to the cradle is from its own mains charger...?? Why..
I can charge the speaker directly with any usb charger. USB 2 , fast charge , battery pack.. they all charge the speaker, but when I use the cradle with these chargers the speaker says "not charging, please use another power source".
So you can't top...

Life is easier with this charging cradle
Been using this for a while now and i find this charging cradle excellent if you always move your speaker at home. You're sure that it has full juice to rock your day. Sleek and easy

When the speaker is on it, you can't even see it. The design is much like the speaker itself and very sleek. I would recommend to all.

Convenient

Cool but not designed right

Fantastic Design and extremely easy to setup.

Excellent accessory for the Bose Home Speaker
