reliable, and favortie go-to!
I’ve been using this for the past decade; about 5 years will show sign of wear and tear, so I get a new one. still very durable and reasonable, considering daily use and filled to capacity; laptop, journals, memo pads, a dozen pens, all sorts of wires and chargers. can even fit one or two day business trip clothes (I pack very light). love it!

LOVE the Design, BUT!
I've been traveling 40-50% since 2003 and buy a new pack about every 18 months. Let me say, IMO, this is by far the best design of a travelers backpack I've ever owned. Well thought out and full of easy, accessible features. BUT, I wish I could say as much for the quality and support. Great features and longevity!
I have owned this model for a few years and love it. When I started having some wore out zipper issues, I was so happy to find out that the model was still available!

Best bag ever!
I've had this bag for over 7 years now. Not an everyday use, but through my undergrad it was, and now into grad school it's still going! I highly recommend this bag. It stands in its own, has really great pocket design and water bottle holders. It's high quality

Spacious and Fix Shape
I bought it a month ago. It is very spacious and with the fix shape so it doesn't D shape or lag at all. The zippers are quite good too and the bottom has a rugged material. The glasses pocket has a decent mesh which serves as a non scratch material for the specs. Overall a wonderful product.

Great professional looking backpack!
This backpack has ample storage. Multiple pockets and all the features i look for. One of the best IMO is that it has form and doesn't sag or collapse making it much more user friendly and professional looking. I like the tall ample drink/bottle holders on either side.

Excellent Backpack
Typical Targus quality. Good mix of specialized pockets throughout. Love how the backpack stays upright on its own. Can't think of anything negative to say about it.

Love This Bag
I use this bag daily, and have used it for travel. Love how sturdy it feels. Fits everything I need. I can't say enough good things. Was searching for the perfect bag and finally found it.

I definitely enjoy using his bag
I've used this bag for less than week, but is very comfortable as a backpack. I commute every day and the CitySmart Pro meets my needs for my daily travel with lots of compartments.

Great for everyday
Great for organizing your stuff. I use it for biz trips, as well as everyday going to the office. It also looks good, even with suit.

I totally love it I would buy it again
I got this product for my birthday. It replaced another bag that I had for a very long time. I never thought I would find a replacement . It works great for me, i am able to carry my computer, books plus a change of cloths if I need to.
