Microphone stopped working at ~45 minutes
Beautiful device. I had hoped to replace my old Jabra 510 unit. However, the device microphone would not work at around the 45-minute mark on three different calls. This happened both on Teams, and Webex calls. Performed Dell recommend troubleshooting with no luck. There is no driver for this device. I upgraded by conference call experience!
With my laptop sitting on the back of my desk, I always had to use my phone for conference calls to get good audio quality.
Now, with such a small footprint and slim profile, I have my Dell speakerphone peaking out from under my monitor where I can easily access it for calls. And the audio quality is fantastic.

Bad Experience w/ Dell Speakerphone with Multiport Adapter
Not a good product. Had so many issues in connecting with the computer. Even after connecting, the voice and mic didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend this product.
Jabra Wireless Speakerphone is the best. I had it before and it worked well without any issue for 10+ years.

Great speaker phone
Device works very well. Used for a 10-person meeting with some 10’ feet away and some on Zoom. Everyone said they could hear well. Just wish the device cord was longer.

Great Quality Product
Sound is great and no issues with the input/output of audio. The only thing I wish this included was a higher sound volume for music listening. The meeting sound level is perfect though.

Outstanding product
This is an outstanding speaker to support zoom and Microsoft teams call especially. The buttons are easy to use and additional ports help. The only improvement I would suggest is that currently it doesn't work as additional speaker phone for a mobile phone. Still the speaker is very useful. Would recommend.

Native driver conflicts with this device causing audio and mic to drop mid conference call
I use a Dell Latitude 5540 Laptop with a Dell docking station. And apparently, this device conflicts with the internal driver, which causes the audio or mic or both to drop out mid Teams and mid Zoom calls.

Almost perfect
I do continuous conference calls from my outdoor patio. Mobile speaker has noise cancellation that allows me to work comfortably. My only recommendation would be that the cord from the speaker to the laptop be longer. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Designer piece with performance
Very glad I went ahead with this purchase. The clarity is amazing and the design is sleek. When comparing this product to its competitors, I noticed they were either Bluetooth or did not have those hub ports. This item is a no brainer.

Not reliable, sounds great otherwise
The idea is great, the product loses connection. I can hear the people, they can not hear me. Unplug and replug and it reconnects after a few seconds. Updated the firmware and still happens

Not very useful
Poor sound quality. Not loud enough to be useful. I did not see Bluetooth capabilities. Has a short cable that has to be connected to my laptop for it to work.
