Tried to return it to no avail. No one would help
I tried numerous times to return this item. It was not what I thought it would be. I kept getting promised that a return would be set up and that you would email the instructions and shipping label. I never ever received either. I gave up. It is sitting in a box in my den. If there is anyway I can still return it I would be grateful. It is doing no one any good sitting ...

Shipping was fast and I've used the power adapter daily for my laptop. So far I have had no issues with it.
