Shaky Display
Quite disappointing. Had hoped to connect my laptop to 2 monitors. Tried using HDMI and Display Port connection--even purchased some new DP cables, hoping that might alter the outcome. Always experienced a vibrating display--swapped connections to confirm that both display were good.

Works great!
The only complaint I have about this unit is not enough USB Type C ports. It has two - one for power in and one to connect to the laptop. That leaves zero for a Type C external drive.

Small but Powerful
I love this little docking station, it is small but powerful. I inadvertently purchased the Dell D3100 not realizing that it did not provide power. This perfectly suits my needs!

VisionTek USB-C Docking Station
The USB-C docking station seems to work well with my laptop and my devices. The only improvement I could think would be for the USB-C cord connecting the laptop to the dock, needs to be longer or the power cord to the dock needs to be longer. The dock just seems to be stuck right in the middle when all plugged in. But I must say, It does work just fine.

It keeps disconnecting and instantly reconnecting. Screens will black out for a second sometimes.

Meh. It's OK. Probably wouldn't buy again.
The touchpad is inconsistent. I HAVE to use a USB mouse. It's just not worth pursuing a correction or replacement. Also, and I knew this, but it's a pain in the backside to not have USB ports. The dongles are not clean or fast to work with. I find it inconvenient to extricate my laptop from the dongle, power, lock etc and just take it in the other room. But that's my ow...

Disappointing and over-priced
This is a highly overpriced, underpowered, and glitchy product. While it comes with a 100w power supply, the dock only delivers 85w to the computer. And while it can drive multiple monitors, it is not easy to setup as you have to find the right configuration of hdmi/display ports to use. Finally, once you get all of that worked out, it still flickers.

Good Little Docking Station
The only thing missing is a power button to turn the laptop on without opening it. Otherwise, it has everything I needed.

Works well - good value
Simple plug and play docking station that I am using to add external monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse to my Dell XPS 13. Easy to set up, has enough ports and was priced right. My real issue is with the XPS itself. Only 2 USB-C ports (one that is required for power)? Come on Dell! Not everyone who uses a small laptop is a road warrior 100% of the time.

Not charging laptop
The product claims it can charge the laptop, but when I connect it with my laptop, it does not charge at all.

does all I need it to
Was able to add 2 monitors, web cam, Mic, mouse and keyboard as well as external HDD and still have ports open to use for other items...plus it powers my laptop and charges it as well.
