It’s difficult to assemble and since it’s for an older iPad, there isn’t a video online to reference how to do it.

I love it! The best cover Ive ever bought.
I would have given it 5 stars if the attachment could turn in both directions, clockwise and counterclockwise.

Hand strap is terrible, but case is good
It’s pretty good and with my 11yr old a sturdy case is essential.
If there were replacement handstraps, that would be better. The velcro becomes unusable so very quickly that there is almost no point in having it

Solid Case
Happy with the purchase. The case is solid and the strap in the back is a great feature to hold on to if you need to move around with the iPad.

Poor handle location, crappy screen protector
Wish the handle was adjustable positions not just rotatable, I don’t always care for it in the center of the iPad, also do not care for the screen protector…very rubbery in feel and does not allow fingers to glide around the screen as easily

Nearly impossible to install without damage
I have been trying for 45 minutes to get my iPad into this case. It is already scratched up from tryin to use a tool. The case doesn't have enough give to get the iPad into it.

Where is an installation video?
Our school district just purchased a large group of this iPad case for our Gen8 iPads. I have installed various model protective iPad cases going back to the original iPad. There is just no give in this case. I can't figure out what the trick is as others have mentioned in the reviews here.

Literally, can NOT get the iPad to fit.
I have not been able to get a single one into its case. Really bad design as far as installation. Screen protectors went on easily.

Is this going to break my ipad?
I’m having to force my ipad into this case by pressing hard on the screen. No instructions. No youtube video about this model. Seems like a strange afterthought product. And I can tell its going to be a huge hassle returning it.
