Quality!
I had my last SwissGear back pack for 13 years! It had traveled hundreds of thousands of miles with me through 40+ US states and multiple countries. The only reason I had to buy a new one was "I" smashed the zipper. Any product that gives me that amount of use earned my business, and promotion for life!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND NON EXISTANT COMPANY RESPONCE
Huge disappointment! I had the all black version before this one, So I decided to get this one with this leather & canvas would be a nice upgrade. I had the pack 12 hours (maybe less) and the leather details started to flake off. I spent weeks trying to get someone at Swiss Gear or their parent company to respond and nothing more than automated responses. I had to speak...

Swissgear 3636 USB Work Pack Pro Tool Backpack
This backpack is very roomy and easily carries my 17" laptop and portable monitor along with all my accessories and office supplies needed for my field work.

The only negative is that the backpack itself is HEAVY

Fantastic!
I LOVE my new backpack! I have so much room for everything I need to carry with me day to day. It has a hard bottom so I can safely place it on the floor and it won’t tip over. Tons of pockets and areas to store things.

Great Work Bag
I normally travel with tools and my laptop. This bag can hold quite a bit of tools and my laptop. So far it is holding up well to the use.

Good construction, plenty of pockets for gear
I also own a Veto Pro Pak and comparing the two, the 3636 USB Work Pack Pro is a much better value. I like that it also has a laptop sleeve that can actually fit two laptops or one laptop and a portable screen. The construction seems pretty robust; it has been holding up well for me over several months.

Pretty great, slight disadvantages
The backpack is exceptionally versatile and efficient. It comfortably accommodates a 15" 'gaming' laptop, which in reality is closer in size to a bulkier 17" model. Additionally, it can also fit a 14" work laptop, along with their respective chargers. While the backpack offers ample storage space, which is ideal for simple data center tasks, there is room for improvemen...

Backpack Purchased for Airports and Travel
I just made my first trip using this backpack. I needed one to carry my 17" laptop, coat, books, and accessories. I was able to get my computer in without any issues. Plus there are lots of other spaces and compartments for almost anything you might want to haul on your back. And to be honest, you can put more in the backpack than you want to carry! It
seems durable a...

Great all round
This tool pack is awesome. It's rugged lightweight and has room for everything. I previously used a Veto pack and much prefer the Swissgear. The cost is great as well.

Just what I was hoping it would be
Even though I knew it was primarily designed for "tools", I had a feeling that it would work well for my business travel. A key part of my job is conducting presentations, so I have lots of gadgets and tools to assist me in my role (i.e. portable battery, blue tooth sound bar, secondary monitor, etc.) and this bag holds everything nicely and in an orderly fashion. I've ...

disapointed
I have had my backpack 2 months now. I love the Swiss gear brand so I bought this one. My backpack will not stay upright. It keeps falling forward. I am also fighting the zippers when I zip them closed. I like the backpack and its features. 2 features I wish it had was a tape measure clip and a tape roll holder. I am not sure how long I will fight with the 2 issues i ha...

great product- poor zipper design
We love these backpacks for our on-the-road service technicians. The backpacks are rugged and have lots of great storage.
The only complaint is the zipper pulls. These seem like a poor design, as they pull right off the bag and break after not a lot of use. Swissgear has been kind in sending us replacement pulls to attach, but that should not even be needed- they sho...

Sturdy and stylish way to organize your gear
I purchased this tool backpack after my 10-year-old Swissgear backpack started looking not so fresh. It has great compartments for organizing gear, however some of the littlest ones may be too small for anything other than drill bits; they won't even hold an ink pen. I don't prefer the open pouch for power cords, but it does hold my laptop power supply and it hasn't f...

The backpack that has it all
This is a fantastic backpack and made extremely well. Plenty of pockets, tool storage, a hard shell pocket for your glasses, ect. Our techs are extremely happy with the durability of these bags and the brown leather is such a nice touch.

Best backpack I've ever had!
This is a solid, durable bag that can take what you give it. So far, it's been holding its own. I dispatch into the field a lot since I work for IT and have a lot of tools and testing equipment, and this bag offers a lot of organizing features to make easy access for all the things I need. It's pricey but a great investment.

LOVE THIS BAG!
As a craft vendor, there are essential items that are a must-have for shows. This bag is one of them, as it keeps and protects all of the critical essential items we need and easily handles the rigor of being tossed around through set up, packing/unpacking and breakdown. Best of all, it looks professional too! It is large enough to fit our vending paperwork binder, a la...

Guaranteed To Fall Apart
I bought the Swissgear 3636 USB Work Pack Pro Tool Backpack 2 months ago and It's already falling apart. The seams obviously have inferior stitching and the inside pockets for tools are not holding up to normal wear and tear. 40 years I've been a technician and this is the BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK TOOLBAG I have ever owned. I will NEVER buy another Swiss Gear "JUNK" Back P...

Cost outweighs the product value
Bought this product about a month ago and the zippers are not to the expected acceptable standard for daily work environment. The main compartment zipper is to say the keys temperamental when bag is packed more than 50%.
