Tough Mother
Very well built. I’m on my 2nd ruggedbook after finally wearing out one of the hinges on my first one; no doubt from repeated drops that no doubt save my iPad, which was the intent of the purchase

Does not fit 4th gen
The case does not fit. The fourth GEN is slightly bigger than my old one. My original iPad Pro 11 is slightly smaller. I actually broke the case, trying to get it to fit. That being said, the class is actually too small for the screen also. Double check to make sure that I did order fourth both products they don’t fit.

Great product...i think
I really do love the keyboard. Streamlines all my work, and makes the apple operating systems far more user friendly. However, a couple weeks in, and my "D" button seems to be malfunctioning. Key becomes difficult to press down. Unsure of how severe of an issue this will become

RUGGED BOOK KEYBOARD FOR IPADS
I have been using the Rugged Book Keyboard since 2015 and find it great to use along with my iPad. Whenver I had an issue with its function, Zagg's warranty kicked in and they sent me a new one at no cost for shipping (as well as returning the non-functioning keyboard).

Wonderful
Wonderful. I have been using these Rugged books for about 8-9 years now. I have had to return a few as the hinges can be weak. This one for the iPad Air 11” seems solid. The top side seems a little lite but with a pencil it stiffens up. I wish sometimes it had a mouse like either an old IBM laptop button or a track pad but not a serious need. Third IPAD, third Rugged Book
This is my third IPAD, and my third rugged book. It is a little bulky, but I purchased it to PROTECT my expensive purchase. I also love the keyboard, it is very responsive and the backlighting makes it easy to use in dark settings.

Hinge Clip Durability Issue
I have purchased two rugged books for my Apple iPad...one in Dec 2021 and the other in Nov 2022. The product is great with one exception. The hinge clip that holds the tablet does not hold up. Rugged Books
I just received my 6th Rugged Book! I love these things! As a CPA, I am constantly reading, researching, sending/receiving emails and this works great! It also protects against falls from your desk, your lap, your vehicle, etc.! Awesome Product!

Does Not Fit
I bought this specifically for the 11-inch Pro and I could not get the case on the iPad. I checked and double checked that this was the right case for the iPad I have and it was. I ended up returning it and buying a Logitech.

Frustration and difficult
Online request to replace my first rugged book was difficult and time consuming. The online agent quoted me a price. I had to call to place the order. Long wait time and the new agent quoted me a different price. I told him about the price I was quoted and he said he needed the name of the agent who quoted me the original price . The Rugged Book hinges were
The Rugged Book hinges were supposed to be improved, however they are not. It used to be great, the new design is not worth purchasing, even though we were told the problem was fixed, it was not.

Overall good case/keyboard combo
Case fit well, keyboard works good, only issue is sometimes I have difficulty placing Apple Pencil in just the right spot for the pencil to take a charge

ZAGG Rugged Book!
I am on my third Rugged Book! I recently sent back my last one as it became a problem opening and closing! When it works it is Great, but was disappointed in my last one! Hopefully this Rugged Book (???) lasts longer!!!

Better than last gen
More rugged and much better!! Nice key board and nice loop for the pencil.
Wish I had gotten it a week earlier because I lost my Apple Pencil off the old one! Ouch. But this one is sweet!
