Great addition
Works perfectly. Great addition to your workflow. I have three monitors a stream deck and two video cameras plugged in and it is flawless.

Greatly Disappointed
I am so disappointed in this docking station. I've had it less than two months, and it hasn't worked well at all. It regularly will not recognize anything that's plugged into the USB ports, like my wireless keyboard and flash drive. I purchased this as part of an entire set with my new thinkpad. clarity of what power pack goes with which laptop

High quality Professional Docking Station
Great addition to my Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop. It does what promises, compact and enough ports for my devices. With that said, I wish it had a VGA port. I knew it did not have one from the beginning, but still wish it had one. I use dual monitors with (2) different computers. One for work and one for home. I'll still give it 5 stars, because it delivers what it promises.

Perfect for my P14s
Worked perfectly with my P14s. I have multiple devices attached plus extra ports still available, and no issues with charging my laptop.

Worked great, one port DOA
Amazing - love the small form factor and that I can mount it on the wall as well as the multiple inputs. However one DisplayPort was DOA and even after software updates and changing cables multiple times would not work.

Reliable Dock
Reliable dock that allows me to control the power from the unit itself, which is convenient as I like to keep my laptop closed. More than enough ports to allow me to add multiple display and numerous accessories. Ideally, would like a longer cable to be included as the included short one limits where I can place my laptop in my workspace.

Great device, but it has 2 significant flows:
1. It lacks HDMI ports (1 only), instead it has 2 DisplayPorts (not as useful)
2. The device claim to be universal, but it does not support MacOS at all.
