ThinkPad Universal Thunderbolt 4 Dock
I bought this to compliment my new ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 laptop. The two work seamlessly to provide me with blinding speed. My laptop is mostly in "workstation" mode, in that I use it with a pair of external displays, keyboard and mouse. In this configuration, I can start up my laptop by simply pushing the "on" button on the docking station. This is a great product!

Not compatible with all laptops
This is not compatible with certain laptops. That is fine, but since I bought my laptop and the doc station on Lenovo site, it would have been nice if it would have provided a warning or not let me purchase an incompatible item. I had to return it and purchase a different one.

Universal for the win.
We have several of these. The Universal is much better than the Smart. Unless you have 100 of these managed by IT, get the Universal.

Excellent, use caution with four monitors.
This dock only misses the mark of 5 stars because of two issues that at this time I have not found a work around. First docking with the Thunderbolt 4 cable absolutely works but with the laptop closed and connected to external monitors power up with and having to use a BitLocker boot PIN, the boot pin screen does not go to the monitors on the dock and have to open the l...

Good TB4 dock if you don’t need to supply extra power to a higher performance laptop.

Solid option for a Stable Docking station.
Good Solid Docking station with enough ports to suit most anyone. Simply plug and play and off you go.

Great dock!
It is a great device that doesn't fail. Third-party docks are ugly and unreliable. This dock is reliable and aesthetically pleasing.

High quality Professional Docking Station
Great addition to my Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop. It does what promises compact and enough ports for my devices. With that said I wish it had a VGA port. I knew it did not have one from the beginning but still wish it had one. I use dual monitors with (2) different computers. One for work and one for home. I'll still give it 5 stars because it delivers what it promises.
