Great back pack
Iāve had a back pack like this one that I used nearly every day for almost 20 years and it finally started ripping near the zipper. I was glad to see they still make this pack and the new model is almost exactly like the old one. Great productā£ļø And it was on sale šš¤

Not holding up one year later
This backpack felt premium but it is has not held up after a year of daily use. It doesn't appear to be a defect in workmanship, it appears to be a fatal design flaw in the materials chosen:

Not as good as previous versions
this is the second time I'm bought this backpack... its not as good as the older model. they've removed the heavy duty top strap that allowed the pack to be placed on top of a carry on roller luggage. and secured over the roller handle. also, fit and finish a little less "sturdy".... lots of loose threads.

Quality issue
I have purchased this backpack for over 15 years using it internationally and have relied on it. Untill the last purchase, the material fell apart and the back pack only lasted 4 months. Used this pack to lug 35 lbs. of tools 5 days a week for three years. This thing is tough. Most packs lasted 6 months.

Durable and Great Bag
Bought as a replacement for the same backpack that I purchased about 9 years ago. It was only this past year that I noticed wear and tear along the bottom after almost daily use for work. Very durable and perfect for all the items needed for a travelling office. Tons of zippered pockets for securing items.

Disappointing purchase
I had the same back pack for years and it was finally wearing down. I thought I would buy the same model, but there are changes that aren't the same and I wouldn't have thought would be advisable. 1. The inside zipper pocket is gone, replaced by an outside zipper pocket. This makes now sense. 2. The handle at the top now is much smaller, making it almost impossible to s...

I've owned 2 previous, this is my third.
This is the 3rd one of these I bought. The other 2 I previously bought lasted 5 to 6 years each of daily use riding in my truck and around the farm. Stitching and fabric is top notch. Love it but missing something
I absolutely love this backpack, my original one lasted 17 years, many of which were college and grad school years plus many plane rides. I just got a new one but itās missing one crucial thing- a chest clip. I am short and when itās full the chest clip comes in handy especially if I am in a rush. Please bring the chest clip back

Durable
I've had this bag for ~20 yrs. It has traveled the world with me & i love it. Holds tons of stuff (and believe me, i have stuffed it full!!). Mine is heavy for a backpack, around 4 lbs, but looks like Swiss has lightened it. Need to replace, finally, because fabric is fraying and get's stuck in zipper.

Great bag for college
Purchased for son in college. LOVES it! Perfect size for 15-16" laptop and looks good in addition to being heavy duty. He's enjoying the addl laptop case too. VERY satisfied.

I bought this a month ago for my new 16 inch laptop computer. I canāt over emphasize how well it built iand how comfortable The bag is when itās fully loaded with my accessories.

Not what was shown on the website photos
The photos of the backpack ordered were different than the backpack that arrived. Still trying to have customer service get us the correct one. It is taking too long to resolve. Should be quicker to get this issue corrected.
