These are too small.
I don't know what capacity "Tall Kitchen Bags" normally are but apparently bigger than 13 gallon because these darn things always fall down into the can and I have to fish them out when emptying. Unfortunately I bought a big box to try to get a competitive price (Which still wasn't great BTW...) so I will be "enjoying" these bags for months!

Heavy duty but strange shape
The bags are a strong weight (hold cat litter nicely) but the bottom of at least the first 2 I pulled out is gathered together. This is not a problem for me because I use them in a round trash can but they are strange for a rectangular based can. The box they come is designed well for dispensing the bags without the whole roll coming out.

Durability is not it's strength
Is not durable and sometimes breaks with just used papertowels in the bag.

Not the best
They are very thin and do not hold up well at all!

Not as big as I hoped.
A little small for my particular trash can. Sturdy though.
