These can hinder the charging of your device and may cause battery issues if used long-term. You should also make sure your charger is an authentic Samsung charger. If you notice that your devices are taking longer than usual to charge, please check the back cover of your device. The device must be placed very close to the wireless charging pad, as some types of back covers can block wireless charging. In this case, please remove the back cover and try charging again. Foreign materials between the device and the charger can also prevent proper charging. Keep the device’s back and the charging pad clean by gently wiping away dust with a soft cloth before charging. Use a Samsung-approved charger with the proper input voltage and current. Connecting a low-power charger to the charging pad can slow charging speed and may prevent the battery from charging properly. Also, ensure that the Fast wireless charging option has been selected.
