Samsung is absolutely horrible at customer service
I bought two of these. I have a 98 inch 8K and 85 inch 8K in my home. I wanted to return one of these TVs and started that process a couple days after delivery. Samsung informed me they would be getting me return information and never did. I contacted them and now they say it’s too late to return.

Wow! It's like im using tech from the future!
The Samsung QN65QN900DFXZA 65" Neo QLED 8K TV is hands down the most impressive screen I’ve ever owned. The picture quality is stunning—so sharp and detailed that even regular HD shows look like they were filmed in ultra-high resolution. Great picture when it's not broken...
The first Samsung 8K TV broke just after the three years. It could not be repaired. I then got another brand new Samsung 8K TV and it also broke only 3 months after it was delivered and installed. My experience with this product and it's quality
I use for watching shows mostly and Netflix but the video quality is stellar I don't understand why people don't normally buy stuff from Samsung more often I also use to play my Nintendo switch and other systems and again it runs well and never buffers at all top quality and is easy to install for that it gets a perfect 10/10 for me

Impressive 8K Picture Quality!

Excellent quality tv reflective of its price
After weeks of using the tv for streaming and gaming I can confidently say it is a premier tv. Its ability to seamlessly sing with the Samsung soundbar system gives a noticeable high quality experience with each use. It is worthy of its high price tag.

The future of 8K tv for movies and gaming
I bought this tv to enhance the quality of the picture with artificial intelligence. I love the tv but there is somethings I wish Samsung would fix in the future. Amazing TV but the One Connect Box is a menace
To many reports of the one connect Box going out with this TV and other that have the feature kf the one connect. Hope they figure this out they usually do a good job fixing recurring problems in samsung.

Amazing picture
This TV is next level. Samsung seems to be ahead of the game. Picture quality on this 8k Samsung is just amazing. The technology on this TV if there is a 4k signal it will push it to 8k. Gaming is great frame rate is spot on no delays ultimately the best purchase I've made. Looking forward to what Samsung has next. Take my money! It's yours!
