Disappointed with this purchase!
Im a Samsung Fanatic! From their first music/media player to my now 30+ products. I've only had issues with 3 of them. The ice-maker in my fridge, the clothes washing machine and 2 of these little guys. Used them both for less than 2 months (random stuff at half or less capacity). Even your grandma can you this, just ask me!
This was easy to use across all of my devices, I am not a techy person & this was easy for me to understand. I cleaned out my phone to my computer & from there could sort and save. Just an added feature that I used mine for.

Great and reliable product.
The USB is pretty nice it does the job well and the performance and satisfied with it specially with the 3.1 speed and I to have one wish that maybe it would have a USB and a type C dual interface so I could connect with my tablet on the go.
