Works good for what I want
I have had this for several years and it works fine. The 3 small batteries have never been replaced. I cannot imagine leaving a box on scale for over 3 minutes. Anyone taking over 3 minutes to weight something has too much time on their hands.

Auto off makes scale useless for busy shippers!
Scale is useless in a busy shipping environment! Shuts off every 3 minutes. I am going to return mine. If you want to save energy this is not the way to do it and If your a busy online seller DO NOT BUY this scale.

I do not recommend buying this simple scale
I do not recommend buying this M25 scale. It shuts off every 3 minutes whether is has batteries in it and or is plugged into USB. Doesn't matter. It's a constant pain to try and turn it back on every few minutes. I bought this to try and automate my shipping to make my packaging faster. Stay away. Scale shuts off after 3 minutes.
The fact that this thing still has the auto shut off feature after all the complaints they receive about this "feature" is absolutely insane. It is sad because other than the auto shut off they are good scales.

No way to control the auto shutoff
completely worthless in a manufacturing environment. No way to control the auto shutoff. I do not want to turn the thing back on every few minutes.

Auto shut off is awful
Whoever decided to have an auto shut off after 3 minutes should not be in product design. You can't even finish packing a box before it shuts off. Then you have to reset ship station, which makes this product useless. Pretty but useless
Is there any Dymo scale that allow to DISABLE your automatic shut-off functionality? Scale is practical, economic and even pretty, but is useless if it shuts off every 3 minutes, even USB powered!

Turns Off every 3 minutwhether you like it or not.
Does not work with ShipStation or any similar platform. It shuts off constantly and needs to be reconnected manually every time. If it is plugged in to USB, there should be an option to keep it ON constantly

Not useful for shipping station.
Shuts off even before 3 minutes. Not practical for shipping stations. I purchased 8 and now need to change them out.

If the scale is shutting off before the three minutes of inactivity please power cycle by removing the batteries, USB cable and anything on the scale. Press the power button 20 times and then insert brand new high-quality batteries. Your scale should now be able to shut off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Why sell it in Canada?
while the weight seems accurate enough, the whole reason I purchased this machine was it's claim to a postal scale. It was too late once I was at home and found that it only works with the USPS. What exactly is the point of selling this product in Canada? I could do the same if not more with a $15 kitchen scale that isn't limited to at least 2g.

Lack of Zeros
Totally fine scale, the only drawback is the lack of placeholder numbers on the display. A weight of 1kg and 5g shows up as 1. 5 instead of 1.005kg seems silly to show nothing instead of a zero.

Very Disappointed in this digital scale.
I like the size and lightweight of this product. But the digital scale display did not work properly. Only partial numbers displayed and I could not tell if something was a 6 or an 8 or a 5, etc. The same happened whether it was plugged into computer or running on batteries. I returned it with great disappointment.
