Doesn't feel like a Samsung product, looks a lot like the competition air pods. I always like Samsung products. My Galaxy buds 2 Pro are way better than this ones. Buds 2 Pro stay inside your ears and don't come off. Buds 3 like the air pods by walking already start to come off. That why I always like Samsung product because they stays inside your ear drums. Pretty nice right ear bud
I have had $20 headphones that are better than this trash. Do you enjoy only being able to charge 1 headphone, do you not have a left ear? These might be okay. It's like a couple of hours of battery life, the left rear bud takes 48 hours or more to actually charge up. I got two pairs 6+ months apart and they are inconsistently charging the left ear bud. Would recommend Galaxy Buds 3 Pro
Great sound quality, great ANC, great transparency, very comfortable. Overall great buy. Works great with almost any device if you just download the Samsung wearable app

Poor design
Ear buds sound great but constantly fall out of the ears. Samsung only gives you 15 days to return them. I have tried every ear piece sent with the ear buds. This is a very por design. I have been a loyal samsung customer. But they refuse to refund me fir the ear buds. Very disappointing. Customer service is no help at all.

Poor battery life
They're nice and have good sound quality but the battery life sucks. I put them in at 5:10am it's now 9:27am and I have 15% left

Buds 3 pro
Great headphones for sound quality and noise canceling. But by far the worst Samsung product I own. I had bought a total of three buds 3 and 2 bud 3 pro each pair has the same issue will only charge when they want to. After owning 3 I dont think is a coincidence anymore

Nice features/ gr8 buy!
Great headphones but I hate the fit! They fall out quite a bit and it's so annoying š I definitely didn't have that issue with my galaxy buds. I give them an 8/10!

Ear tips suck.
I went into buying these with the hope that I was getting a better product then the samsung bud 2 but I've had nothing but issues with my samsung bud pro 3 the ear tips don't fit my ears. Ear fit sucks bring back bud pro 2 design

Broke in 2 months, Repair is priced too high.
I owned the product for approximately 2 months. Last week before my trip, my earbuds case was rained on and it stopped functioning. Samsung requested a large sum to replace or fix which is as close to the actual price of the product despite owning it for only 2 months. To make things worse, they required a reply within 1 day which i didn't make in time to reply.
