I had ordered 2 other
I had ordered 2 other products that I thought would read my Dvd's, without success.
Thus, I was very pleased since this product did what I hoped for.
The direction DVD didn't give very much info. It didn't tell how to connect, but luckily I knew.

Doesn't work
I bought this at Micro Center yesterday and it won't play a DVD. Can't find any help on ASUS website.

I had ordered 2 other
I had ordered 2 other products that I thought would read my Dvd's, without success.
Thus, I was very pleased since this product did what I hoped for.

Very Flimsy but easy to use
I bought a new computer without a cd/dvd reader and writer so I needed to purchase an external device.
This does the job at a fair price but it is very flimsy. I feel that I could easily break it.
Also, the pictured stand does NOT come in the box. Apparently it is optional but you don't find this out until you get the device and read the literature.
