Quality of Zagg screen protectors is awful!
I've been buying your screen protectors since the original iPhone was released and I am 100% confident that you are now using a lower quality material because the last two years I've had nothing but crack after crack screens almost monthly. This is extremely disappointing and your $10 fee is ridiculous to ship out a defective product that you're now manufacturing.

Disappointed - Long time customer
When I first started buying Zagg products the customer service was great and the product was above and beyond - The best part was the replacement screens which really make it easier to stomach paying 5-6X what other screen protectors cost. Nice but Brittle
I like the product but they are fragile. I was proud I had not yet dropped my latest iPhone and then noticed a chip on the edge of the screen that formed a crack the entire length.
