Almost perfrect
The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star review is the out of box experience (2017 MBP 15in, core i7, MacOS Montery). Like most reviews I see on here the LAN port didn't work right away. I ended up chatting with support and they suggested I got through NVRAM and SMC reset. Instead, I simply removed all the network connections except wifi, then disconnecte...

USB and Ethernet Do not work consistently
HDMI works. USB and Ethernet do not unless you reboot - in which case they will work for a time. Similar to other reviewers. This is on Catalina, Intel Mac which is supposedly supported.

Response from Staples :
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that TB3DKM2HDL did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro systems using the new Apple M1 chip support only a single external display over the Thunderbolt 3 ports, even when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 docking station with more than one video output.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our TB3DKM2HDL.. This is not expected behavior for our Thunderbolt 3 mini dock. The USB and Ethernet ports should be compatible with MacOS 10.15 Catalina. I see one of our technical advisors is currently working with you on gathering information on the setup and assisting with the reported issue.

Dual HDMI works on Macos, but the ethernet doesn't
I bought this as a docking station because I needed multiple monitors and an ethernet port - the network port doesn't work on the latest MacOS BigSur at all. I followed their trouble shooting guides and nothing helped. If all you need is 2 monitors this works (but there are cheaper alternatives) - if you need a network port and working USB ports, give this one a pass ...

Response from Staples :
Hi Eric, Thank you for taking the time to review our travel dock. The Ethernet port should work on macOS 10.10 -10.15, 11.0. One of our Technical Advisors will be reaching out to see if we can help resolve the issue.
