SSD Solid Unit, Great Price
Installed Loaded O/S runs great using the unit the the ssd was purchased for, Use wd, scandisk, hdd, ssd nas unit in the past no problems. Will continue to buy and use them

Died in 4 months. Had to come to sandisk to get support, verdict still out on that one too.

Failed in less than a year
Speed dropped to 2-3MB which makes the system unusable. Pulled the drive put it in 3 other systems same thing. It was only about a year old when this happened. Reformatted, did a fresh windows install worked for a few weeks then it happen again.
This drive has something wrong with it do not buy it. Get an M.2 drive and adaptor.

Bricked! Drive failed. Data Lost.
Bricked! Drive failed. Data Lost. Apparently there is a firmware update for this. But still, how does that help me now that the drive won't even boot?

Western Digital Blue 1 TB SSd.
The SSD came in due time and worked perfectly for the task assigned to it. It was purchased to replace a broken WD blue HDD with half the capacity in my brother in law's all in one desktop.

Barely lasted a year.
I purchased the 1TB SA510 drive on September 2nd, 2022. Fast forward to September 24th, 2023 and the drive is completely dead. I've tried it in different computers and have tried different SATA connectors and power connectors. I've now lost all of my data in just over a year of using this drive.

Total failure problems with SA510 line.
I have had one totally failed drive, and 3 slowly failing drives. Apparently this is a common problem with the SA510 product line. My failed drive was on a lightly used PC. After a month or so of non-use, it wouldn't boot from the drive. My sisters laptop used daily, started to fail at the same time, but we cloned the disk in time. She uses it extensively for work.

Works on Playstaion 3 and 4, any version.
Works great, using it on a PS4 Pro, having more memory comes in really handy is you have a vast game collection. I’m also using a 1tb version on my PS3.
