Terrible exchange policy/customer service
I purchased a new $2,300 laptop from Staples that did not work. I figured out that the camera didn't work within two weeks of purchase. Staples will not allow me to exchange the pc for one that works, and instead is making me pay to have the OS reinstalled. Terrible exchange policy, terrible customer service.
