Very slow response to already difficult remote.
The response time for the remote is extremely slow. It will constantly show popups telling me how to navigate while I am watching a channel. The remote is difficult to use and the slow response of the TV just aggravates trying to navigate.

Lack of sound port on TV.
My Wife had made this purchase . I am a hearing impaired 81 yr old Male. Aftye setting up the TV I went to add the Sound Bar to the TV..There are 3 other TV's in this household and they all have a connection port for a Sound Bar. This TV does NOT.The other TV's are older models.It looks like I will have to bring back 1 of the other TV's and not be useing the Samsung TV...

As far as connectivity, my TV is constantly buffering and the routers right next to the TV display is beautiful. I also have an issue with the volume. The volume is not constant it fluctuates up and down.

Nonya, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your DU6900 TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point. 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your issue with volume fluctuations. The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Not As Good As It Could Be
I like this TV but it could be better. I find that the picture is not always the best. And many times the colors from channel to channel vary a lot from weaker to stronger. Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting: Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. I found it extremely difficult to download. I used the QR CODE. WITXH THE SAMSUNG REMOTE . I TRIED TO UNPAIR IT WITH THE SAMSUNG REMOTE TO DOWNLOAD ON FIRESTICK. HAVING TROUBLE.
NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SOUND EITHER

Excellent product
I bought this earlier in the year and love it! Much improved resolution from my previous television, easy to use and display is excellent. Connectivity is good with other devices.

Bright, clear viewing!

Great Features.
I bought this t.v 9 months ago, I am extremely happy with it. It's easy to use, the color is amazing.
Very easy to hookup, had it done in 10 minutes.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking fir a new t.v.

Great size
It is just the right size for the room it is, larger than 55 and smaller than 65. Wish there was more 60'' available. Resolution and image quality is good for the price.

Worth the bucks I paid.
Clean lines that fit any decor. Easy mounting. Great resolution. No problems with angle of view or refresh rate. Does lack a RGB connection for my old VCR.
