Great TV

Internal wifi hardware issues
TV did not work out of the box. Set it up and initially had issues downloading apps. Once I did a hard reset I was able to download apps but the TV could not stream live TV without buffering or experience quality drop off. After sending a tech, Samsung told me it was an issue with my wifi despite having almost 750 MbPs and all my other devices work without issue. I even...

Excellent TV
This TV is wonderful. Super easy to use. I love that the remote is solar powered. My only beef is the subscription buttons, like Netflix and Disney, are on the remote and cannot be disabled.

My wife and I are seniors and decided to buy a reliable TV when our last one died. We have 2 smaller Samsungs so were already inclined to stay with the brand. Complicated television
I bought my television well over a year and a half ago. Yesterday it works well when it is connected to the correct internet but it is far too complicated for me. As far as I am concerned these new televisions don’t pass the test as they work only if you are tech savvy which I am not. I prefer my old tv nothing fancy just a simple tv.

Great features at a reasonable price!
I purchased this 65 Inch in June of 2025 and we are truly delighted by its performance. Very clear and bright colours! We also purchased the slim soundbar which improved the clarity and volume of sound!

Amazing
I got this tv as a Christmas gift for myself. It was a to me love from me. The picture is flipping amazing, the apps it has and the ways that I can control it are bar none, I have always been a Samsung fan so I got the 75” for our bedroom to go with it.

Solid Product
