Art Mode is Very Poor
The ability to upload your own art/images in Art Mode is very poor. It is difficult to upload multiple pictures easily. In addition, it appears that Samsung has forced customers to buy a subscription in order to have a slideshow using their own pictures. See this discussion.

Great but software could be tweaked.
Great TV! The menu can be a little hard to dig into. It would be great to have a clock and weather feature on the slideshow and the ability for images to fill the screen more intelligently. Other than that. Enjoying the frame look.

Samsung Frame TV
I bought the Samsung Frame TV last year. Overall good, but the OS is a bit buggy at times and freezes (not often, but it does happen).

Overall good
One dead pixel on the screen that I dont want to bother going through the whole warranty process for but overall works well. Annoyed that once a device is connected it doesn't automatically reconnect and we always have to approve connection.

Great for display but not so in performance
I bought almost 2 yrs ago, already replaced the remote, tv tend to be loggy and slow at times, really frustrating to connect remote to tv. We love the art mode and how slim the tv is

Great for 2 years
65" Samsung Frame TV was awesome for 2 years then I got the dreaded brown stripe dead down the center of the screen. Warranty is only for 1 year. So now have to find a way to replace the display after only 2 years. Severely disappointed. Do not buy the Frame TV!!!!!!!!!

Great TV :)
I’ve had my Samsung 55” The Frame for two years, and it’s still one of my favorite home purchases. The picture quality is great and the Art Mode is the real highlight, making the TV look like a framed artwork on my wall. The smart features are fast, reliable, and easy to use. Overall, it’s a stylish, high-quality TV I’d happily buy again.

So far so good
Bought this tv a couple weeks ago and so far so good! We were a little worried because the tv isn’t a clear picture at first but once the tv show loads the screen seems clearer.

Great features
I wanted something that when people walked into the house all they saw was a big black screen of a TV. With the frame they see art. It fits in beautifully and I can change the image anytime. I loved that I could upload a happy birthday image there for my family birthday party. It’s great.

Dark Shadow in TV
