Great TV :)
I’ve had my Samsung 55” The Frame for two years, and it’s still one of my favorite home purchases. The picture quality is great and the Art Mode is the real highlight, making the TV look like a framed artwork on my wall. The smart features are fast, reliable, and easy to use. Overall, it’s a stylish, high-quality TV I’d happily buy again.

Art Mode is Very Poor
The ability to upload your own art/images in Art Mode is very poor. It is difficult to upload multiple pictures easily. In addition, it appears that Samsung has forced customers to buy a subscription in order to have a slideshow using their own pictures. See this discussion.

Great for 2 years
65" Samsung Frame TV was awesome for 2 years then I got the dreaded brown stripe dead down the center of the screen. Warranty is only for 1 year. So now have to find a way to replace the display after only 2 years. Severely disappointed. Do not buy the Frame TV!!!!!!!!!

So far so good
Bought this tv a couple weeks ago and so far so good! We were a little worried because the tv isn’t a clear picture at first but once the tv show loads the screen seems clearer.

Great features
I wanted something that when people walked into the house all they saw was a big black screen of a TV. With the frame they see art. It fits in beautifully and I can change the image anytime. I loved that I could upload a happy birthday image there for my family birthday party. It’s great.

Dark Shadow in TV

SAMSUNG is Brilliant! and Smart Technology.
I have purchased a Samsung TV "65" inches, and I indeed enjoy watching soccer and other sports Moreover, utilizing its USB port to insert USB flash to watching movies with UHD resolution is such a amazing experience.

Broke very fast
The TV complete broke after 18 months of use. I've never had a TV fail before and I've never had to write a bad review but I was shocked by how quickly this product died. Furthermore, I've tried to get it repaired and spent over 4 hours on the phone to try and contact someone capable of diagnosing what needs to be repaired (NOT EVEN to repair the TV itself)

Poor design and too expensive
I have had this product for a while and every time i turn my fireplace on the wifi system on it stops working and it won’t let me watch shows on it.

Defect- don’t buy!
We bought this tv for our weekend home don’t use it that much and 12 months in the color started fading. Everything looks blue and dark.
This is only when the tv is on. The photos on the frame look fine but then it just switches off after an hour.

White spots when screen is black or dark
We purchased the Frame and were pleased for a long while. Lately it has white or gray spots when the screen is black or dark. For as expensive as this TV was, it’s so disappointing. I cannot return it at this point either.

Art mode inconsistent and poor picture quality
I purchased this TV to display art when it is turned off and use my AppleTV for content. Unfortunately there is no way to turn this TV on/off via CEC from the AppleTV which means I always have to use two remotes. When it is in art mode the backlight is way too bright and it will not cycle through photo's on it's own. As a result, I have not used this feature at all. So ...

I love this product!
I've had this TV for over a year now, and I have been in love ever since. The screen is beautiful with barely any glare id any. The remote battery last extremely long and I love the solar charging on the back of the remote. Sounds quality is amazing, and the response time in lightning fast.

Great features! I’m able to upload my own art.
I couldn’t have asked for a better addition to my living space. Being able to display my work and the work of other artists in a single space at the touch of a button, Is the perfect solution for an art lover lover with a small wall space. This is the only TV I have purchased and hope it will last.
