My Samsung TV has a long shadow line 1/3 in .
My Samsung TV is less than a year old & already replaced once & it has a long shadow line 1/3 in from the side & 3/4 down. Samsung won’t do anything about it. They said it was out of warranty… It was a couple of days passed warranty..

Best picture ever
I actually have the qn800b model and it's the best TV I have ever experienced. Picture quality is amazing. Processing speed is super fast. I would recommend this series of TV. You can't go wrong. You will love the quality.

Samsung 8k tv
This tv is worth every penny. The picture is clear and the motion is realistic. Ai puts all images as "real-life-like" feel as if you're in the picture. Video games operate amaizing as well as the graphics. I would recommend this tv for everyone to have it then the 8k content would be better

Upscale upscaler.
TV is beautifuly slim and powerful, The upscaling on the TV is extraordinary. Lower resolution content looks much better on this screen than it does on my smaller 4k TV. I saw lots is reviews indicating the lack of 8k content makes these not worth it but I don't regret it because 4k content looks better here than on a same size 4k TV and that is a win alone. defective product
Purchased this TV in November, 2023. Within one year the picture went blank.
Several service attempts failed to resolve the issue.
Finally, the TV was relaced with a new one in February, 2025.
So far (October, 2025), the new TV works great.

I love that it easily taught me how to use it lol
I mostly use my samsung product for streaming music and movies and...well everything! It has so many capabilities i never would have imagined a tv having.
I was even more excited when I saw how much I didn't get stuck on "loading"
The audio capabilities were pretty good but it had to be the visual effects that impressed me the most.

Not worth the price
The picture is good, but I was expecting better after reading the Samsung description of the Qn800D.
There is a lot of reflections on the screen, so you have to monitor background lighting. The screen is also wavy making the reflections worse.

Picture is amazing!!!
