My Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360 cracked for no reason
I recently purchased my galaxy book 5 360 about a month ago but today I found its screen cracked for no reason. There's no damage below or about the crack. When I complaint about this they told me that it's a physical damage and it won't get covered in the warranty. Now they're suggesting me to buy a new display for it. Great laptop
I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 and I really like it so far. It’s super lightweight and easy to carry around, which is great for school. The screen looks really nice and bright, and I like that it can fold into a tablet.

Good features, some things lacking ...
Good laptop so far, it converts nicely into a tablet format, as well as a fully functioning laptop with a good display. The pictures on the Samsung site depict it with an S-Pen, but unfortunately mine was missing from the included components. Great purchase
Upgraded my galaxy book to the book 5 360. Very pleased with the new features including the galaxy AI to search and touch screen. I love the foldable aspect as well to write with the galaxy stylus. The integration with my phone is convenient as well.
