Not user friendly

The second TV is having an issue that I also had with first TV. Samsung support was not able to resolve the issue. I also found online that this issue is common. Amazing picture and comprehensive apps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is fantastic for sports, movies, TV shows, etc. The picture is rich, the blacks are incredible, and motion is smooth. The upscaling works very well, and I am impressed with the sound from the TV speakers as well.

One problem

Impressive 8K Picture Quality!

Excellent quality tv reflective of its price
