This product has all the new apps and feature that my family uses to watch and stream online. If your looking for a new TV but not wanting to pay the large price tag for the QLED the Crystal UHD is the best of both worlds. It has a great picture (would be even better if you have access to stable internet) and all the apps that we stream from these days.

Somewhat Disappointed
I had a smaller smart tv, an LG. I wanted a bigger screen with more options available. The picture is not as good as my old LG 42 inch. I am also disappointed about not being able to have a screen saver. I was really looking forward to that but found out this model doesn’t offer this. Boo hoo! Love the tv, hate the remote
The tv looks great and I’m very happy with the picture and the sound quality. I absolutely hate the minimalist remote that came with it. You have pull up a menu screen and search around to do anything. I really miss the mute button and a number pad for changing channels.

Great system, excellent clarity
We had a 55 and wanted to go bigger mainly to read the scores, cc, etc.
It is perfect, fits well in our great room. Have had Samsung Tvs, soundbars for 2 decades. Never a complaint.

Thank you for sharing your user experience. If your TV’s settings keep resetting, it’s possible that Usage Mode is set to Retail Mode. This mode is intended for in-store display and will automatically reset certain settings every 5 minutes.
To resolve this, change the Usage Mode to Home Mode by navigating to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Usage Mode > Home Mode

Disappointed
I cannot raise, lower or mute the audio. I had a very difficult time accessing my Verizon FIOS channels and escaping the bad channel lineup that came with the TV.

This TV has great picture quality and sound.
I would have given this TV an even higher score, but I've only owned this device for about 4 months and now I have a horizontal line ruining through it.
Due to my address, I can't seem to get any assistance with repair or assistance.
Overall, it's still a good product and I do like Samsung products.

Amazing tv
I bought this a few months ago and it is great I love how it comes with free channels and how the airplay and scream mirroring is so easy and it come with so many free apps unlike the old Samsung tvs they have definitely made some improvements.

My 65" Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV
since buying this television, ..I set it up on a wall mount to display my own theater! The resolution my wife says is like being right there in the show! No issues at with the connectivity, or processing my requests. Refresh Rate is great!

Good features, easy to use, well made
I bought this a month ago and the experience has been great. The picture quality and audio is good for my small apartment.
Only issue that I had was the connectivity delay between the remote and the TV, there is sometimes a 3sec gap between pushing the button and action on the TV.
But other than that it’s great.
